When you’re already taking medicine for your condition, the medication management specialists evaluate how well it’s working to control your condition.

If you need to increase or reduce your dose or require a new medication, the team prescribes it and ensures that you know how to take it correctly. Prescription refills are also available through the telehealth platform.

The providers also take a holistic approach to improving your health. They recommend lifestyle and diet changes to support long-term physical and mental wellness.

The team can also refer you to their personalized weight loss program to help you reach your weight loss goal and reduce your risk for additional chronic disease complications.

Chronic pain and conditions requiring controlled substances are evaluated case by case, and only prescribed for 7 day scripts at a time.  Our Internal & Family Medicine Doctors may refer you to chronic pain management and psychiatrist if your condition needs a more extensive evaluation and management that is outside the scope of General Medicine.
