Please read these terms carefully. By using MyHomeDoc, you agree to them.

Not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. MyHomeDoc is not a substitute for emergency care.
About our service
MyHomeDoc Telehealth provides virtual (telehealth) medical consultations to patients located in Texas. We are an insurance-free, self-pay practice — all services are paid directly by the patient. By booking a visit, you confirm that you are physically located in Texas at the time of your appointment and are able to receive care by video.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a booking on your own behalf. Care for minors must be arranged and attended by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking.
Medical disclaimer
Telehealth has limitations. A provider may determine that your condition is not appropriate for a virtual visit and may recommend in-person care. The provider will use professional judgment about whether to diagnose, treat, or prescribe. No specific outcome or prescription is guaranteed by booking a visit.
Payments
- Prices are shown at the time of booking. One-time visits are a single flat fee; subscription plans bill monthly until cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. By paying, you authorize the charge for the plan you select.
- Subscription plans renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Appointments, cancellations & refunds
- Please arrive (join) on time for your scheduled visit. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible.
- If a provider is unable to deliver the service you paid for, we will work with you to reschedule or provide an appropriate remedy.
- Because services are delivered promptly, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss any concern.
Your responsibilities
- Provide honest and complete health information so providers can care for you safely.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and not on behalf of anyone without their consent.
- Keep your appointment details and any account information confidential.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHomeDoc and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including a provider's professional responsibilities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
